By accessing and using SignalPilot AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SignalPilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) automation platform. We connect Telegram channels that you choose to your own MetaTrader 5 account. Our role is technical only: message parsing, risk-rule enforcement, and order routing according to your settings.

We do not provide trading signals.

• We do not publish, sell, recommend, or generate trading signals.
• We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice.
• All trading content originates from third-party Telegram sources you connect.
• You remain solely responsible for your trading activity and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. SignalPilot AI does not provide financial advice, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SignalPilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to trading losses.
